Poor Rich Child (Pablo Ardila's Profile)

Magazine "DONJUAN" was awarded The Journalism Prize CPB (Association of Journalists of Bogota) to the best photograph of the year.

The photographer, Santiago Forero received the award for the image used to illustrate the article "Poor rich child", a profile of the then Governor of Cundinamarca, Pablo Ardila.

The jury that awarded the prize, indicated that the photograph "combines the artistic sensitive with the perceptiveness of the reporter. "

Furthermore, it emphasized that the image was able to portrait the eccentricities of the Governor, and reminded people that after the publication of the article, the investigations that lead Ardila to jail were reactivated.
